But flashy as he may be, he's never failed a mission—not once. Thanks to the carbonated energy bubbling through his dough, he can move at sonic speeds! Before you can blink, all targets have been subdued by this nimble mercenary. Every night, Sonic Water Cookie jumps around practicing long-winded speeches and catchy one-liners to use on his next mission... But instead of eagerly approaching him with new requests, onlookers just shake their heads and keep their distance.
